Ippy and The Storm Last Update

The last version. I know that last time v17 was going to be last, but there was something bothering me. Well, that's all. I added a new mechanic now, so jumping on enemies will be somewhat useful. So have fun with the new update! The fourth Ippy game will be coming soon!
